Job Duties

Help create product strategy to expand AEC (Active Electrical Cables) technology offerings and strategy. Guide daily operations of the department, analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.

Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to resolve problems. Develop key partnerships with top Cloud infrastructure providers for mobile/telecom operators, data center service providers, distribution partners, vendors, and customers for business development.

Review project plans to coordinate project activity.

Work with customers on delivery, as well as prioritizing and managing interdependencies between internal schedules and partner schedules.

Provide technical product management and marketing management support.

Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to implementation.

Prepare and review operational reports and/or project progress reports.

Work with engineering and technical teams to define product features and roadmaps, identify product strategies based on new trends, and lead efforts to create scalable architecture for AEC products.

Perform the above duties using tools, skills and technologies including, but not limited to system and board design; software device and design creation; computer architecture including x86 and ARM; hardware bring-up and debug.

Requirments

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline, and five (5) years of progressive experience in Product Development or related role performing business analysis or systems analysis.

Essential Skills/Experience

(1) business and distribution models for OEM/ODM, Telecom Customers, and Application developers

(2) system and board design

(3) computer architecture including x86 and ARM

(4) managing customer and partner relationships

(5) applications engineering, testing, and automation, including customer and Engineering interfacing

(6) software design and device creation

7) Hardware bring-up and debug.

Pay Range: $195,000 - $207,000 /year
