Credo is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to lead the building and modernization of our compensation and rewards frameworks as we continue to evolve and grow. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing and implementing career leveling, retooling our bonus and equity programs, and driving a holistic, competitive compensation strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and values. The Senior Compensation Manager will also be responsible for deploying and simplifying reward programs, writing reward plan documents, and ensuring compliance with audit standards and legal requirements.
