Role
We are looking for a Global Stock Administrator to lead the end-to end administration of our global equity program. This role requires a proactive, customer service focused individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position reports to the Corporate Controller.

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Equity Compensation Associate or Certified Equity Professional preferred
- 5+ years’ experience with global equity programs, multiple award types and transaction volumes
- Advanced knowledge of Equity Edge Online and Computershare
- SOX 404 compliance knowledge
- Experience creating complex reports and dashboards
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including email data merge
- Fluent Mandarin proficiency preferred
- China SAFE experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of all global equity plans (4 countries) currently stock options, RSUs and ESPP
- Maintain the equity management system using Equity Edge Online including, but not limited to, new grants, vest event processing and settlement, new hires, terminations, and demographic and payroll data
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, Accounting, Tax, HR, and Legal
- Reconcile and perform audits related to equity transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality control of data in the equity system
- Provide support to internal teams for monthly and quarterly corporate accounting and global payroll processes including responding to inquiries and support requests
- Perform Corporate SOX controls/testing and global audit/compliance requests with internal and external audit teams
- Partner with Legal/Corporate Secretary's office on insider trading and Section 16 reporting requirements and tracking
- Respond to equity-related requests from HR business partners, all levels of (400+) employees and former employees to resolve questions or issues
- Maintain internal employee equity resources site and coordinate educational presentations
- Administer ESPP (US), including enrollment, purchase, and reporting
- Partner with Legal/Corporate Secretary's office to maintain and update the company insider list, blackout periods and executive pre-clearance for equity trading
- Work closely with the US and international payroll departments and accounting teams to ensure correct payroll tax processing of equity compensation
- Develop and generate ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Participate in the 10-K/Q and Proxy statement process, and provide relevant equity related disclosures
- Perform month-end journal entries and reconciliation
- Ensure all equity grants are accepted and participant accounts are activated prior to processing vest event or purchase
- Coordinate year-end employee statement posting, mailing, and filing
- Ensure accurate and timely China SAFE reporting and processing

Pay Range: $130,000 – $145,000
