Blue Heron
Credo Blue Heron is a high-performance, versatile multiprotocol retimer and gearbox designed for AI scale-up GPU-to-GPU interconnects over channels up to 40+dB of insertion loss at 224G data rates. It supports advanced features such as mission-mode FEC monitoring, FEC termination and regeneration, advanced telemetry, and integration with Credo’s PILOT GUI development environment.
Blue Heron is built in an advanced 3nm process using Credo’s 224G SerDes. Blue Heron enables rack-scale cable backplanes and flexible placement of GPUs and switch ICs to support AI scale-up applications.
