Role

In your role as a Technician I, you will be doing drop offs and pickups of Credo lots to local test houses and vendors.  You’ll be working with the operations lab manager cleaning and repairing ATE and SLT high speed sockets.  You will assist the lab manager in maintaining our hardware in the operations lab.  You will work with product engineers to validate eval boards and SLT programs for all Credo products.  You will collect data for all Credo products at hot and cold temperatures using the cobra thermal machines and automated handlers. You will work with operators in running the automated handlers for engineering and pre-production testing for customer samples.

Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of laptops, desktops, thermal machines, and automated handlers.
  • Demonstrated communication skills to interact with engineering teams to validate hardware and software for all Credo products.

Responsibilities

  • Driving to local test houses and vendors for pickups and drop offs of Credo lots.
  • Build bench setups, verify them, and transfer them to the handler.
  • Verify SLT programs on the bench and on the handler.
  • Clean and repair ATE and SLT sockets.
  • Install all relevant software on all laptops used on our bench and handler setups.
  • Hand test engineering samples on the bench setups at different temperatures using a thermal system machine.
  • Run handler for pre-production samples at different temperatures on the handler setups.
  • Collect engineering data on the bench and handler at different temperatures.
  • Support NPI planner on shipments to customers.
  • Create travelers and manage testing of various products on the bench and handler setups.
  • Support PE, TE, and Apps engineering teams.

Experience

  • 1+ year experience

Pay Range: $23 - $28 per hour depending on experience.
