Role
Credo is seeking a self-driven, experienced program manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This individual will manage multiple high-speed Serdes projects to ensure they align effectively with the company’s mission and the program’s goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Interact with customers on joint project development, responsible for SOW, project schedule management, and project status review.
- Lead multiple projects throughout the new product development process.
- Develop and monitor program schedules, identify critical paths, and take immediate actions to avoid impacts.
- Drive regular team meetings to review project progress and customer deliverables status; special ones to ensure a smooth transition during the project execution.
- Assemble teams in response to issues/risks and act on mitigation to drive successful results.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project priorities, execution difficulties, and customer deliverables requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external customers on the product plan and status.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives.
- Create and improve NPD process and execution flows.
- Support customer and ISO quality audits.
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor project management or engineering leadership.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor product development cycles and processes.
- Demonstration of good strategy execution, organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-speed SerDes for Ethernet and Optical.
- IC engineering background.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- ISO 9000 and customer audits experience.
Pay Range: $137,000 - $162,000
