The ‘Oz4’ is an 800Gbps Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) engine supporting four optical transmit lanes operating at 200Gbps per lane with PAM-4 modulation (106.25 Gbaud). The ‘Oz4’ integrates Low Loss Laser Coupling (L3C™) technology, enabling higher performance and scalability while reducing cost and power consumption.
